Lucky Park Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings when used at Lucky Park:

• "Platform" means the Lucky Park website, mobile application, and all associated digital services accessible at luckypark.net.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Lucky Park platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds available in a Player's Lucky Park account, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a Player directly into their Lucky Park account using a supported payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by Lucky Park subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino, poker, esports betting, or other entertainment product available on the Lucky Park platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions at Lucky Park.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Lucky Park before processing certain transactions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the Lucky Park platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional game-specific rules published on the Lucky Park platform.
• Are accessing the Lucky Park platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Are not accessing Lucky Park from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Lucky Park reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players will be notified of significant changes via the email address registered with their Lucky Park account. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration

To play at Lucky Park, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all Lucky Park accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted exactly one Lucky Park account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Lucky Park uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of Lucky Park. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment account details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Lucky Park may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document not older than three months).

Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 require completed KYC verification. Lucky Park will not process large withdrawals until identity verification is completed to our satisfaction. KYC is a one-time process under normal circumstances — once completed, it does not need to be repeated unless account details change significantly.

3.4 Account Ownership

Your Lucky Park account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to use your account. Lucky Park accounts are non-transferable. All bets placed through your account are your responsibility regardless of who placed them.

4. Age Verification

Lucky Park is strictly an 18+ platform. Minors are not permitted to register accounts, make deposits, or play any games at Lucky Park under any circumstances.

If Lucky Park has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. During this period, no deposits or withdrawals will be processed. If the player cannot demonstrate they are 18 or older, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by a minor will be refunded via the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated by a minor account will be forfeited.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Lucky Park account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by Lucky Park.
• Never sharing your account login credentials, including your password or OTP codes, with any third party.
• Logging out of the Lucky Park platform when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying Lucky Park support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Lucky Park is not liable for losses that result from a player sharing their login credentials or failing to maintain appropriate account security. However, where Lucky Park determines that account security was compromised through no fault of the player, we will work with you to investigate and resolve the situation fairly.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Lucky Park accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in PKR:

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to and are registered in the name of the Lucky Park account holder. Lucky Park does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the associated Lucky Park account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Currency

All transactions at Lucky Park are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky Park does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency transaction attempted through a Visa or Mastercard will be declined. Ensure your payment card is set to PKR billing before attempting a deposit at Lucky Park.

6.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set personal deposit limits on their Lucky Park accounts to support responsible gaming. These limits can be set as daily, weekly, or monthly caps. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but increases to existing limits will only take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Lucky Park may also apply platform-level deposit limits to specific payment methods or account tiers at its discretion.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount at Lucky Park is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts registered in your own name — Lucky Park does not process third-party withdrawals.
• Accounts with pending KYC verification above the Rs 50,000 threshold will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real money balance and converted bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) may be withdrawn.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard Lucky Park accounts may withdraw up to Rs 500,000 per calendar month. Players reaching VIP Gold or VIP Platinum tier may request elevated withdrawal limits by contacting Lucky Park support. Limits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with platform policy.

7.4 Right to Request Documentation

Lucky Park reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at Lucky Park's sole discretion — particularly for large withdrawals, first-time withdrawals, or where fraud indicators are detected. Requests will be communicated via the email registered to your account and must be satisfied within 14 days or the withdrawal request will be cancelled and returned to your playing balance.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by Lucky Park are subject to these general terms as well as any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New Lucky Park players who make their first real money deposit are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is automatically applied at time of deposit — no code is required. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment account. Players who hold multiple accounts or use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus.

8.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling Rs 150,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Progress toward wagering requirements is visible in your Lucky Park account dashboard at all times.

Contribution rates to wagering requirements vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette): 20% contribution
• Blackjack: 10% contribution
• Poker (cash games): 5% contribution
• Esports betting: 50% contribution
• Jackpot Slots: 50% contribution

8.4 Bonus Abuse

Lucky Park takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing bets with negligible risk to clear wagering requirements (e.g. covering both sides of a bet), using bonuses in a way that exploits mathematical loopholes, and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Lucky Park reserves the right to void bonuses, remove winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Decisions in these matters are final.

8.5 Opting Out of Bonuses

Players who prefer to play without bonuses may opt out before making a deposit. Contact Lucky Park support via live chat or email to request a bonus-free account status. This setting can be reversed at any time but the change takes effect only on subsequent deposits after the request is processed.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 General Rules

All games at Lucky Park are subject to their individual game rules which are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real money bets at Lucky Park. General gaming conditions that apply across all Lucky Park games are as follows:

• Bets placed and accepted by the Lucky Park system are binding and cannot be reversed after the game round commences.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting game outcome, Lucky Park will void the affected round and return stakes to players' balances.
• Lucky Park's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to our formal complaints process.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all games and vary by title. These are displayed within each game.

9.2 Random Number Generation (RNG)

All digital game outcomes at Lucky Park — including slot spins, RNG card deals, and RNG roulette wheels — are produced by a certified random number generator. The RNG used by Lucky Park's game providers is independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Lucky Park publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games. Published RTPs represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

9.3 Live Casino

Live casino games at Lucky Park are operated by third-party studio providers. Physical outcomes — card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls — are conducted by trained human dealers in a regulated studio environment. These games are governed by both these Terms and the specific rules of the live game provider. Lucky Park streams live casino content but is not directly responsible for the physical conduct of live dealer games. Disputes regarding specific live game outcomes should be raised first with Lucky Park support, which will liaise with the provider on your behalf.

9.4 Poker

Poker games at Lucky Park are player-versus-player. Lucky Park takes a rake from cash game pots and charges tournament entry fees; other than this Lucky Park has no interest in individual hand outcomes. Players found to be colluding, using prohibited software to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in chip dumping will have their accounts permanently closed and balances forfeited.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Lucky Park and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Lucky Park account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Lucky Park platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game format.
• Engaging in money laundering through the Lucky Park platform. Lucky Park cooperates fully with financial crime authorities.
• Abusing the Lucky Park bonus system as described in Section 8.4.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Lucky Park staff or other players.
• Using VPN or other masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky Park platform — including the brand name "Lucky Park", logo, game graphics, software, website design, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Lucky Park or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Lucky Park content without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lucky Park platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, data scraping, or distribution of platform content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Park provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Park excludes liability for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from your use of the Lucky Park platform, including losses from gaming activity.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or periods of platform unavailability beyond Lucky Park's reasonable control.
• Any errors in game software provided by third-party game providers where Lucky Park has not been notified of the error in advance.
• Losses arising from account access by an unauthorised party where the breach resulted from the player sharing their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes Lucky Park's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Lucky Park's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Lucky Park collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering at Lucky Park, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities at Lucky Park include: identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (with consent), and platform improvement analytics. Lucky Park does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for the provision of the Lucky Park service — for example, sharing transaction data with JazzCash or Easypaisa to process payments.

You have the right to request access to the personal data Lucky Park holds about you, correct inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your data. Please direct these requests to Lucky Park support via email.

14. Responsible Gaming

Lucky Park is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all Lucky Park account holders and can be activated directly from your account settings:

14.1 Available Self-Regulation Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Lucky Park account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing your session time and net win/loss.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily disable your Lucky Park account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Lucky Park platform. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

14.2 Self-Exclusion Policy

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of being received by Lucky Park. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access the platform for the duration chosen. Lucky Park will cease all marketing communications to self-excluded accounts. 15. Account Closure

15.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Lucky Park account at any time by contacting Lucky Park support via live chat or email. Before closing, any real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

15.2 Closure by Lucky Park

Lucky Park reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where we believe a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to Terms violations, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure occurs for reasons not related to Terms violations, any real money balance will be returned to the player.

15.3 Dormant Accounts

A Lucky Park account that has had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. Lucky Park may apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied. Lucky Park will not apply a dormancy fee that exceeds the available account balance.

16. Changes to These Terms

Lucky Park reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made — changes that materially affect player rights, bonus conditions, payment policies, or account rules — Lucky Park will notify registered players by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes such as grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates to reflect new payment methods may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version of these Terms.

If you disagree with a change to these Terms, you may close your Lucky Park account before the change takes effect and withdraw any remaining real money balance. Continued use of Lucky Park after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
